Very rude when calling in to report a crime. No name was given and would not give when asked. They told me not to worry about a woman smoking in the car with her 3 kids then hung up on me. The car is a Black Nissan Rogue (JIS3248) this woman has a choice to smoke but those poor kids do not need to be in danger from their mothers poor decisions.
