Buyer beware! Had a garment ordered from Beachwood and shipped to me because they did not have the size in-store that I requested. I return-shipped it promptly in original package with tags because it did not fit. Weeks go by and the item is redelivered to me crumpled in a taped box with a letter signed by Zana Avegnon that the return was rejected because the item was worn and unsaleable. Lie! I suspect the store’s rejection of my return had nothing to do with the garment and everything to do with the Beachwood store’s bottom line. My bottom line is this: I will not ever shop Saks again for this deceptive practice. But if you do, don’t ever take the chance of having an item ordered and shipped to you. I shopped Saks Beachwood for decades and this is the end of the road for this esteemed retailer that has changed hands, and not in a good way.

Try to find a good worker here because half of them are rude and have no respect. I personally recommend only asking the good associates for assistance because the rude ones give a lot of attitude and make faces for the smallest request. I love the associates in Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior, and Prada they are all wonderful and so kind and generous. Mainly I’ve had issue in the men’s department in Saks this one girl associate was making really rude comments when I was looking around.

Where do I start. They have a big sale where you buy certain items and get a gift card for free. The man that we spent a lot of money with last night didn’t mention the sale. Called today to talk with a manger and the lady I spoke with on the phone told me to hold on while talking with the manager while I could hear. She comes back on the phone and says to take my name and number that the “manger is in a meeting” I asked why that you were just talking to her. She said well you want to not listen to what I say and hangs up on me. What kind of worker does that to a customer. I was just asking question. I will NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! The young lady I spoke to was very rude and she was in the mens department. I will also never recommend this store to anyone. Stay clear this lady was very rude and unprofessional. Sad
