The customer service was horrible. We had a fitting scheduled and they closed the store without letting us know. They then measured wrong and sent wrong sizes for 5/6 groomsmen. The order wasn’t ready to pick up until two days before the wedding without a prior fitting. We had to reorder pants, jackets, and shoes and couldn’t even pick up the day before. The lady at the front desk in Canton had a horrible attitude and would not even talk to us in a professional way. I’m very disappointed to say the least and will never bring my business here again. I would like some kind of reimbursement for this disgusting service, especially for how high your prices are. Do better. I will relay this information to everyone I know so they don’t have the same problem.

Ashley, the manager, saved our butts when we had a last minute rental for a wedding. The whole process was a train wreck with incorrect measurements and replacements being sent to a store not open on Sunday, however, Ashley went above and beyond for us and helped us when no other store would. I greatly appreciate her and her efforts to make things right for us!!

Never had issue with sizes or anything just don’t care for being called bub by employees and having them tell me there is no dressing rooms and then proceeds to give the guy who came in after me a dressing room , so what can I say there has to be better other places
Healing One
Had an emergency event and needed a tuxedo asap for my son’s upcoming event. They responded to me right away and addressed the need. The initial tuxedo group we used before did not deliver the product as advertised, but took our money. We drove from Cleveland to Belden Village in hopes of finding a tux. My son came out with a tux jacket he loves. Ashley was accommodating and professional. The way customer service is supposed to be. I would have given 3 stars due to the fact that the company policy prevents sell of the advertising merchandise (we wanted the burgundy tux we saw but they would not sell it to us). Nonetheless, our rep explained the store policy, was 100% professional and reassuring. Job accomplished. The company may need to reconsider their policies at some point. Highly disappointed about that. We had to settle for a black tux but something is better than nothing and we worked it out. Please consider giving Ashley a raise. Thanks again.

We sell them for $15 apiece.
To avoid having a rush fee charged, we require a minimum of 8 days prior to the event for a order to be placed. In terms of deposit, please call the store and a consultant would be happy to discuss this with you as pricing varies depending on the style chosen.
