This hotel was easy to find out on Beach blvd and is conveniently located near other great hot spots, and parking is plentiful is safe all around the building. I'm a night owl, and going out/returning to the hotel was easy, safe and did not come with any disturbances or strangers hanging around the lots. Checking in was fast and easy, and even though some elevators were down at the time I was there, getting around the hotel was easy and the swimming pool and gym were easy to locate and access. Our room was amazing for the price we paid! Air conditioning was working perfectly and really cooled the entire room. Bed was not too firm and was just to our liking. Bathroom was decent and perfect sized and shower/tub was also decent. I did not find anything wrong with our room or our stay, in general, and I would definitely consider this hotel again for future trips!

This was the weirdest experience my boyfriend and I have had at a hotel. There was probably only one other person staying at this hotel it was completely empty. It felt like we were in some creepy twilight zone and I had to look the hotel up after we checked out to make sure it was real. The rooms are big and it’s nice enough for the price (except the towels which were the size of the hand towels and had black hair all throughout them) just old, so it doesn’t make much sense as to why there was absolutely no one else there. Very creepy and we are very glad to have gotten out of there. I don’t know how this place is still in business.

Decent price for the room size. Heater and ac were non existent but we didn’t realize it would be our entire stay. Barely any towels and no wash rags upon entering so we had to request them the next day. They really didn’t want to let us check in 2hrs early after our 10hr flight which was disappointing. When we asked if we could pay more they politely allowed us, have not seen bank statement to verify what we were charged in total. Over all would stay again

As others have mentioned, the location does not currently have air conditioning, which, according to other reviews on this forum, has been an issue for some time. The check-in clerk informed us of this issue when we checked in, and offered to cancel our reservation, but we had just driven four hours from Vegas, and arrived around 10 p.m. At that time of night, we were exhausted and did not want to search around for a new place. So, whatever. We cracked the back door, which helped a little. If this was the only issue, I might be able to forgive the company. However, the beds were possibly the most uncomfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. The heat did not help. In addition, we had to kill at least half a dozen bugs in our time there: a few ants, a daddy long legs, and some type of beetle. It was just disgusting. The final middle finger to the customers is the lack of a complimentary shuttle to Disneyland, which their website explicitly promises. The clerk tried to help us, calling a shuttle service that works with another hotel, but it would have cost $30 a trip. For that extra amount, I could have stayed at a hotel that’s closer to Disneyland that has a complimentary shuttle service. I get the sense that the employees know that the management sucks, and they’re doing their best to mitigate the damage, but the owners obviously do not care about their customers.
