We’ve been assisted by Tammie today. It’s our first time using the public storage facility, so we’re somewhat confused about the whole process. However, Tammie has been extremely helpful and made the whole experience so much easier. She offered to show us the correct ways to store our items, and even went out of her way to assist us in the moving process. Thank you!!

Absolutely horrid staff. Used this facility for a little of two years. I say that to let you know i have some history with the property. Manager is the furthest thing from pleasant. Getting my stuff out as soon as I am back in the area. I write this two months after a straw that broke the camels back. Seriously do not spend your money here.

Nichelle is amazing. Goes above and beyond to make sure the property is clean. She always greets me with a Hi, how are you and a smile when I come to make a payment. I truly appreciate her making sure we remain safe as she makes sure we use our gate code to access the property. Thank you Nichelle!
