Burn is amazing!! Ryan & his team of amazing trainers will challenge, encourage and remind you that you can do hard things during each camp! The various camp times and the free childcare make it easy to fit into your schedule. I recommend you try it ASAP!

I love this gym. I started during a promotion and after a week, knew I wanted a membership! With 3 kids and crazy schedules, their set up makes it so easy to get a workout in. 45 minute planned workouts and free childcare. The best part about this location is the community. It’s so diverse and every person through the door is encouraging.

I’ve always focused more on cardio in my fitness journey with dance aerobics and cycling but I knew something was missing. I wasn’t incorporating strength training into my regimen and I didn’t really know what to do to get started then I saw a promotion for a 4 week trial @BBC. I signed up kind of knowing what it was about since I have friends Across the country who are members but I was incredibly impressed from day one from the amazing trainers to the awesome studio and the supportive community! I highly recommend BBC! They welcome all fitness levels and work with you on modifications if needed. I have a bum left knee but it never stops me from giving 100%. Give it a shot! You’ll be so glad you did!

No matter the time of day, all Burn Boot Camp locations host camp times that are most convenient for the men and women within their community. Visit various Burn Boot Camp locations across the country at no additional cost.
Burn Boot Camp understand you have a busy schedule, so we do our best to make your workouts conveient. We offer fulll child watch services at all of our locations so you can bring the kids while you workout.
We understand the monotony of a repetitive workout routine, so we set out to make Burn Boot Camp an even mix of challenging exercises, unique programming and a fun atmosphere. It is our mission to make sure that you never do the same workout twice and always aim for continual progress. Our program is designed as a “one stop shop” to help members exceed their physical, mental, and emotional aspirations. The average Burn client trains 4.8 times per week, but as a beginner we encourage you to take one rest day between camps, for your first two weeks. Everyone is different, so make sure to schedule a focus meeting with your trainer, as soon as you get started!
Absolutely! You should never workout on an empty stomach. Prior to attending camp, grab a nutritious snack such as a hard boiled egg, a piece of fruit, or even a protein bar!
Yes! We offer group workout classes for both men and women, so bring your partner and sign up today!
Our Weekly Protocol is uploaded onto the Burn Boot Camp App, Instagram account and Facebook page, every Sunday. Our programming for the week is designed to never utilize the same muscle group(s) two days in a row. This scheduling tactic gives members the ability to attend camp 4-6 times per week, while also providing them with ample time for rest and recovery.
