They made a mistake on my order, but MANAGER SARENIA was AMAZING. she was so nice she was polite, fixed the issue, and invited me to come back. She even offered me a free meal. She's needs to be recognized. She's just amazing. I will definitely be back.

We came to eat dinner with my family. I don’t know where to start about horrible customer service and bad management. Floor was dirty and I simply asked if they can clean and they were all moody. We couldn’t even eat dessert because they said kitchen is closed at 10 pm. Waiter said if we don’t like it we can call Corporate! We were still eating and they didn’t close until 11. I will contact with Corporate Office about the service and management!

We arrived during the weekday lunch rush, and they were quick in seating us. I ordered the 7" BBQ Chicken Pizza and Mediterranean Salad lunch combo, and it was delicious! (Well, I only had half of each, and I took the rest to go.) The staff were kind, the bathrooms were clean, and overall, the experience was fantastic! One thing for those with sound sensitivites to note is that because this location is in the Irvine Spectrum, families with little children dine here too, so I'd suggest wearing headphones to mask the noise those little ones make.
