Stopped to get my granddaughter a happy meal and was told that they didn't have any happy meals. And that I would have to purchase everything separately. I cancelled my order and went to another McDonald's instead.

Awful. Across the board. In every way. I was working close by with only a limited time for lunch. Ordered a 1/4 pounder w/cheese and fries. Everything tasted bland. Fries were stale tasting. I don't think I have ever given a rating of 1 before. Ever.

I,too, recently experienced extreme rudeness from their workers. Outwardly talking badly about the customers in drive-thru... when things returned for correction. I just happened to come inside and was standing there. I do need to say..the shift manager did accept accountability for making things right. Too bad his people didn't show they cared.
Worste service ever,tables dirty,no ketchup,cold food, soda machine nasty,floors nasty dirty,Windows full of flies. No more for me.

I too have had bad experiences there. But I have good one's also. So it depends on who is working there at the time. Myself I would have cancelled my order and went down the street, there is one just a couple of blocks down the street
