You do not have to have an appointment. We take items in Monday through Friday without an appointment up to 1 hour before we close. If that does not work call the store and we will make special arrangements for you. We are looking for current items, in season, clean and looking like new. We do like items on hangers if possible, if you want your hangers back just let us know. You will receive 45% of the selling price when your item sells in our store.

Hi Hannah, I'm sorry for your circumstances. Unfortunately we do not have returns. We don't own the items in our store, they are owned by individuals like yourself. When the item sells in our store the person the item belongs to gets there cash. You can bring the dress into our store and we will try and sell it for you. When it sells you will receive 45% of the selling price.

They usually do. I've seen up to a size 28 but that all depends on who is consigning their products. And the price range is usually great :)
