Mask and common sense. They did let me open a few devices and check them out. They're pretty relaxed and understanding about getting a feel for things before you buy them.

Yes they do. From average quality to very high end. They recommend renting the expensive ones if you use them infrequently. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recommend.
Yes they buy and sell good condition lens and camera bodies. Great store very knowledgeable staff.
Dodd does buy used equipment though at a much reduced price. But, they tend to give you a little more if you buy a new camera body with them.
