At first Google maps was having fun sending us around in circles not to mention the picture they have of where you're to turn in is totally wrong. There is no shell gas station. But we finally got here.

I am a long term guest and so far been here for month. The staff is fantastic and extremely friendly. No problems with any employee. My only complaints are the noise from upstairs and sometimes the parking lot. Also the accounting on my ledger was a mix up but resolved. It's a decent hotel and close too Disney.

Worst experience of my life will be speaking with corporate after the horrendous way I was treated . The assistant manager should never be aloud to deal with the public, she literally called my boyfriend on the phone and said I had another man in my room which was a 100 percent lie my boyfriend and I will be dealing with this matter in whatever to ensure no other person is treated that way or victi.mized by this hateful woman who could have potential for someone hurt badly. DO NOT STAY HERE

Full sized fridge, microwave, and stove with a sink. The bathroom sink was clogged, but it wasn't a problem. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. This place is service animal/pet friendly
