Chicken was dry as sawdust, our order was very wrong, the kids running the front took the order down wrong. Food took like 10 minutes to get with no line, other people were served before us. And to cap it off they gave us all spicy sandwiches when no one asked for spicy sandwiches. I love bojangles but this specific store needs work.

Food was okay but the presentation was sloppy. Fries were thrown out everywhere inside our bag. I had 4 servings of fries and had to repackage it to serve the kids. Other than that, the food was okay.

Line around the building so I went inside. Placed an order at the counter, had to repeat the order 3 times. Waited for my order, then was asked what my order was. The cashier with his mask down most of the time who took my money with no gloves on proceeded to make my food. He handed me my food and I asked where the rest of the order was and he said I didn't order that. I asked for a refund and got an attitude in return. Pathetic service. Lost my business.

First time visiting a Bojangles, and it was smashing. Service was helpful and kind, the toilets were clean, and the food was of course delicious. I had the boneless with a biscuit, and that hit the spot. I’d recommend the honey mustard, though you really can’t go wrong with any sauce here. They had outdoor seating, too, which I loved on the balmy October day which I was there on. Would highly recommend eating here, cheers.
