Store look like bomb went off in there... I never seen so messy store. Wow. I see similar review 9 months ago I guess nothing changed. How hard is it to hire someone who just going to be there straighten up everything !!

clerks are always quick and kind. store is kept fairly well stocked and clean. easy to get to and parking is easy plus it is close by

I shop here because the convenience but as far as customer service or getting help extremely hard, and the shelves are extremely messy and the stock that needs to be put on the shelves is always in the middle of the way and you can't get around it there's no way someone in the wheelchair could ever make it through this store.

The Highland Springs Dollar General is an absolute mess. You can barely walk around the store. Nothing is in order. Boxes of stock await placement. Horrible wait in line. The manager would rather eat chips than get the line of customers down.
