Had a very weird experience I made an appointment for 3 PM I wasn’t going to be able to do anything later than that just because I have a private trainer for my therapy dog. Over the course of a month I dropped 25 pounds out of nowhere I made it extremely important that I needed an appointment earlier than 3 PM the receptionist understood and I made the appointment for 230 they did not call me to confirm the appointment but instead called my mother the last time I went to the doctors office was five years ago so I was a minor at the time but now I am a full adult and my mother lives across the country they called her three times at 8 AM 9 AM and 10 AM where in California it is 5 6 and 7 AM they didn’t even attempt to call me as the patient when I arrived to my appointment that was supposed to be at 2:30 PM they told me that I was lying I then called my mother to see what they said on the message and indeed they said 2:30 PM on the first call and then all of a sudden on the second and third call it’s at 5 PM they ended up taking me in but I created a fuss which I usually never do. It made me feel as though I was crazy, and even though I share all my medical history with my mother and I have nothing to hide I still don’t understand why they didn’t even attempt to call me but instead went right to my mother without clarifying if I want my information being sent to her and then only now after I mentioned it did they want to pull her off of my medical contact list The doctor on the other hand was extremely nice and listen to all my concerns if you can look over the receptionist and trying to get an appointment then the doctors here are pretty good but honestly there are so many more medical facilities in the area to not deal with a headache like this

Very good place! The calls to make an appointment and regarding prescriptions can be a pain in the neck, but they do the best they can with the staff they have. In my experience, the doctor and staff are very professional and attentive!

Horrible experience, was having a medical emergency left 3 urgent messages on the paging system never called back. Ended up in hospital by ambulance. Now 4 days later I’m better still never got a call back. They don’t care about their patients! Spare yourself find another dr . If I could give zero stars I would

This practice adds extra parts to an annual physical just to bill the insurance for unnecessary tests and collect a copay from the patient when according to the insurance company, a standard physical is 100% covered with $0 copay. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this scam of a practice.
