Parents...PLEASE take your screaming children HOME! This library is NOT quiet. Very noisy. More like a community center. If you're looking for a place to study, this is NOT the place. Otherwise it's an ok library.

Sometimes yes. If you have books to donate you can talk to the librarian in the front desk and she will let you know for sure.
