Consistently poor, very strange service from employees who do not care, have no knowledge of what they are selling, and are unprofessional and dirty in front of customers, using the theragun, on their phones, and telling us the sneaker soles are just dirty-looking because of the lint from the floor (maybe clean your floors then) and “if I really want” he can go clean them or dig around in the back room for another pair “but they’re all like that.” Very disappointing - I have yet to see someone with a sense of management in the store - please get it together, as you consistently lose business this way . The energy and vibe in the store is also depressing - unfortunate, wasted potential

Great experience. The rapid foot analysis was very insightful and helped clarify/confirm tailored selections for shoe shopping. No sales pitch, just strong knowledge / insights by employees and buyer care / support - many of which are runners themselves so they understand wear and tear and care wrt feet! FFW carries excellent brands and the shoes are expensive, but what good sneaks aren't these days? They also carry OOFOS. I was in and out in 30 mins with 3 pairs (2 sneaks and 1 indoor shoe) and an insole to account for my narrow, high arch and instep feet. They also helped me buy a diff color than what they carried online. Fast free shipping on the latter, straight to my house in 2 days. Love my shoes and highly recommend this store. Thanks FFW!
