Used to have to be knowledgeable in auto parts I liked that they knew more then me These employees are useless and literally lazy this guy was leaning on the counter and monitor and seemed almost lethargic and Knew nothing Guess need to start going to auto zone maybe they will have more enthusiastic and more knowledgeable

Employees were extremely rude! Seems like they were more interested in their personal life than helping customers

Walked in for a battery for an ATV. Did not have it in store (which is OK), said they would have it dropped off from another store at 3:30. Went back at 5:30 and was told that the battery wasn't there and that the hub store has been missing a lot of drop offs. To their credit, they were apologetic and issued a refund. I drove about 6 blocks to a competitor and bought the battery.

O'Reilly's has always been good to me. Employees always go above and beyond. If they don't have the part or tool, they usually get it within a day.
