I’ve been at this location multiple times and normally don’t have any issues other than wait time to be checked out due to short staffing. However when I went in there this afternoon (Thursday May 19th and 2pm) I witnessed a worker being talked down to and criticized for asking for a break and calling up a manager to check a $100 bill as you’re always supposed to, so unprofessional. The worked maintained her professionalism although you could tell she was tired and needed a break. She was the only worker in site as well. I do NOT think said manager knows how to work in customer service and needs to be retrained. This type of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Luv this store!! If you take the time to search through the books you can actually find some really good reads for only a buck. Great for cleaning supplies and lots of things really. Always a good selection of seasonal items.

It was pretty crowded but checkout lady was awesome. Everyone inn the store seemed to be friendly and courteous too. Line seemed long but went fairly fast but really I brushed and not at all stressful.

One cashier was upset about a customer paying with a ton of change! The people in line were helpful and patient! Cudos for the customers, disappointed in the cashier, but the other cashier was also being helpful, and trying to come up with solutions! Bottom line is, stop worrying about reviews, and just be a good person! <3
