The rivets on the swing arm of my canopy were broken. I took it here to see about fixing it and the owners daughter did it for free in about 10 minutes! She also was able to pop off the top racks that I had lost the keys to. Much appreciated.

While I only looked at a few different dealers, I went with Canopy World because they were the most responsive to my inquiries and also closest to my house. Johnna is very friendly and informative and helped me decide on the Leer I went with. While other places were giving me a 3 month lead time, Canopy World gave a 4 week estimate and it actually arrived in a little over 3 weeks. It is very nice to see that maybe these delivery times are slowly going back to normal. As far as the canopy though, there was an issue with the windows where they had to be replaced. Canopy World got two new replacement windows and did a much better job installing them than the factory did. While I hopefully won't have any other issues with the canopy, if I do, I am confident that Canopy World will take care of them. Thank you!

While I am satisfied with the service that their office gave me, and I am satisfied with my final product. I am VERY dissatisfied with the installer there. Let me clarify that I’m not an amateur, I am an aircraft structures mechanic and prior to that I spent over 20 years as an automotive mechanic spending the last 6 years of my career as a fabricator on some high award winning hot rods and show cars. While I am not returning to this establishment to have the issue resolved, the issue needs to be brought to attention. The rear door on my (expensive) canopy never fit correctly. They had to replace that door once because of a defect in the glass. Even after that, the rear door would not seal and rubbed the paint off the top of my tailgate from incorrect adjustments. When I went to do the adjustment myself I even found that the hardware holding the door in place were never tightened. If this person worked for me, I would have a serious problem with this lack of knowledge and lack of caring.
