I have gone to this location for a few years and dread going in to get new glasses. My insurance covers new frames and lenses every two years and EVERY time I go in they try and upsell all the bells and whistles and garbage "Blue Light" anti glare blah...blah...blah. Recently I went in and received a quote for the glasses I wanted that was under one hundred dollars. When I called back to ensure the order was placed I was told the order had not been placed and now the price was closer to $300. I have purchased new cars with less haggling than happens here at this store. The product is fine, but the staff are super aggressive with their BS pricing. I do not recommend going here if you have an alternate choice.

Every single employee, from the first time I walked into the store until I left were absolutely amazing. Very friendly and professional staff. Kate and Wendy at the Southcenter location gave me such personal service that it felt like everyone was family there. Wendy definitely went above and beyond when it came to customer service.

The eye doctor was super friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was experiencing some strange new symptoms, and she gave me good advice and alleviated my concerns. Ceci, who helped me pick out frames, was hands down the most helpful and patient of anyone I have ever dealt with! Kudos to her! I felt she really listened to my current frustrations and my goals and needs, and worked hard to get me the right thing at the best possible price.
