Friendly staff and the store is always clean. I don't think I've ever needed something and they not had it in stock.

Reading all the bad reviews and I noticed they all have the same rubber stamp response and to be truly honest nothing is done about the complaints. So it's not worth my time explaining what happened. I will just proceed to contact the store manager direct and if no action I will make a trip to Roanoke to hand deliver my complaint. I've done it before and I'll do it again. All I can say is helping the customer is more important than being on your phone. This has happened twice to me and the young guys behind the counter need the proper customer service training and being on your phone and ignoring the customer is not how you do business. Fix your hiring practice too! So many people are looking for jobs I think you can find someone that cares about working and dealing with customers. Trust me you do have good helpful employees in your store I just have the luck of getting the worst of the bunch!!! Remove the bad apples.

East simple experience. Didn't have to spend alot of time looking for what I needed. Only problem I have and it's not just advance it's all of the parts stores and that is they only sell reman parts. At one time you had your choice of oem parts or reman now it's just reman for the same price and it

I've been to some poorly run auto part stores but this place takes the cake.. since it has been opened.. I have been there 6 times.. 3 of those times I was given the wrong parts.. first a wrong powersteering cooler for an 04 dodge ram(must be hard to find🤦🏼♂️) .. 2nd wrong HID FACTORY headlights for a 2013 Kia Optima(also SUCH a rare car🤦🏼♂️).. and now I get sold the incorrect set of brake pads for that same Kia Optima.. and the REAL burner was when I said to the "genius" working the computer that I was quite upset when I had to reassemble my car to exchange the wrong parts.. and this "MENSA graduate" says "well that's the part the computer told me to give you" .. you know like he didn't input something wrong and he is apparently smarter the the EPC.. and as I'm walking out and CLEARLY the manager helped with the return because shleprock didn't know how to do it.. not one person even apologized for my inconvenience and time.. I will travel the 7 miles north on Jefferson Davis Hwy(1) and go to the NAPA.. where they will get me the right parts the first time.. knowledge-based and courteous staff is key in auto parts..
