I purchased my house about 1 1/2 years ago and called Ferrellgas not knowing who owned the tank or what company the old owner used. They looked it up and it and found out it was their tank. They are so easy to work with they switched it over and filled the tank asap since It was empty. The folks working there are so nice including the delivery drivers. I just moved here, so I have never had propane service before. The driver came for a delivery. I had a bunch of questions. He was wonderful and patient and answered all my questions .

Just saying Paid off account. Called to fill said I had to prepay for gas service. Returned signed contract to lock in rate months ago and they have no record. Oh my it’s going to be 13 degrees tonight with 2 babies and I’m really ready for them to just come pick up my tanks tired of fooling with this company.
