Quality of service here is not consistent, it all depends on who is there. 90% of the time I do curbside pick up and I do this because most of the staff has zero clue on where things are or how to do alot of things unless it's their department. If you need diy help, it's best to go to home depot as you probably won't get any help. If you do, its outsourced and usually a quote for a company to do the job for you. Everyone is friendly though. 4.5 stars for curbside staff, 3 stars for store staff.

03/17/22 Needed a toilet tank repair kit and a new kitchen faucet. Toilet tank kit was super inexpensive (I feel); but the Delta faucet was not. The prices at Lowe's can be a tiny bit pricier, but definitely beats my local Ace Hardware prices.

I ordered quite a few appliances from this Lowe’s, you would think that they would want to keep my business. Boy, was I wrong. Their “delivery team” was out here twice, for the same order, fridge, washer and dryer. The fridge was scratched. I was able to get a discount, supposedly. They couldn’t install the washer because I needed additional parts. Also, mentioned parts that were needed for the dryer. I go to Lowe’s pick up more products. There was something wrong with the dryer so had to get another one delivered the next day. The second “delivery team,” the lead guy smelled of marijuana. Don’t know if he installed the electric plug into the dryer correctly or not. Apparently, I needed even more parts yet again, for the dryer. The dryer was just left in the middle of the floor. The delivery team was supposed to come back out to finish installing everything, never heard from them again. I’m not sure if they were supposed to set that up or if it was Lowe’s responsibility. I also wanted to make sure that the dryer was set up correctly since guy could have been inebriated. I called Lowe’s numerous times, I was promised that everything would be taken care of, that the delivery company would be contacting me for a follow up and to finish the installation. Almost a week went by, didn’t hear from anyone. I called Lowe’s and told them to come get their stuff. They were quick to come get their stuff, obviously they did not want me as a customer. Besides the scratch, the fridge is super nice. If you can go somewhere else, go. If you don’t have to worry about installs, this place is okay, just not the best.

Dogs are welcome at most Lowes stores. I take mine all the time, and see plenty of other people with theirs too
