Typical Pizza Hut layout. Clean, nice employees. For Pizza Hut, one can count on most any of those to have the best Pan Pizza, Cheese & Bread sticks.

I would like for my order to be correct. A few weeks ago, I ordered a large pan pizza with pepperoni, onions, and green peppers. I received a medium hand tossed meat lovers. I called the store when I realized the mistake, and the manager said that she would give me a free pizza if I came back within the next two weeks. So, I ordered the same pizza a week later. I did not receive a pan pizza it was hand tossed, which I ordered. I did not complain, it was free, and it was close to what I ordered. Yesterday, I ordered a Detroit style pizza with pepperoni, green pepper, and onion. I received a Detroit style with sausage, green pepper, and onion. I asked that they at least refund me the cost of the pepperoni, because I was charged extra for it, and there wasn’t any on the pizza. I was told that “they will have to look at it tomorrow”. I don’t go to this Pizza Hut location often, however, I do go to the locations in Blackstone, Va and South Hill, Va. Both Blackstone and South Hill are much cleaner, the staff is nicer, and they rarely make a mistake on an order.
