Not worth the price tag. Room was dirty, carpets not vacuumed, very thin walls. Pool was good, but hot tub was dirty. I would look elsewhere.

We just stayed there from Indiana and Spearfish area for our mom’s funeral. They were beyond accommodating!! Put all of our families rooms together and made sure we had an adjoining room like we asked….gave us a bereavement rate that made it so affordable for the many rooms needed. Rooms were clean, breakfast was nice, they let us basically camp out by the pool area after the funeral and the lobby area while we met with family and friends. Thank you for being so kind and easy to work with in our time of grief!!

Had a reservation through Expedia for 84$/night and canceled but ended up needin my room. Called the hotel and made reservations. They didn’t quote me a price guess I should have asked because when I checked in the price was 115$/night. They can not price match Expedia so I Asked to cancel so I could go through Expedia and she said I couldn’t so had to pay the extra. The hot tub does not work. This is the third time staying here that it has not worked. They shouldn’t even advertise a hot tub at this point. The crossroads used to be the elite place to stay in huron. Now it’s just the best of the worst. It’s unfortunate I grew up in this town and used to look forward to staying here for fun weekend events and birthday pool parties. With all the events this place has-state fair, ring neck festival, weddings, and sporting events you think they’d take more pride in their hotel.

This was a wonderful weekend stay. You can notice the latest updates like new carpet, a new toilet, and a new sink. The bathroom door was difficult to close in the room we stayed in, #316. They had covid-19 protocols in place although not everyone followed them. You have to enjoy a meal at Ryan's Hangar restaurant. We ordered our meals to go and enjoyed them in our room so we didn't get a chance to take in the ambiance which is centered around aviation. The food was phenomenal! Whether you stay at the hotel or not, make your evening complete with a delectable meal at Ryan's. The staff was so friendly too. I can't wait to get back to Huron when all of this is over and enjoy our meal at one of their tables. The hotel provided a breakfast which was just okay. I wish they had one of those waffle makers. The Huron Convention Center was wonderfully decorated with many Christmas trees. Paul was particularly friendly and quite helpful. All in all, I'd recommend this location for your next stay in Huron.
