While the food was fine, our waitress was simply awful. She was rude in tone and facial expressions (rolled her eyes when asked for refills and a to go box and glared when my son bumped her, he’s not even 2), was listening more to her airpod than her section of customers, left items requested off, and was so forceful when putting away dishes that it was impossible to carry on a conversation. We weren’t able to catch her name because she had her jacket covering her name tag. I do not believe we will be returning to this location in the future.

The food was good, but like a lot of restaurants post COVID the service was atrocious. They actually had enough help. It just seemed like no one person wanted to do all the work.

Par for Waffle House up & down I-65. Staff friendly. Place could've been much cleaner but they were quite busy in the "kitchen." Didn't access bathroom facilities. After pouring syrup over waffle, I realized my hand (& now fork) were covered in sticky from the syrup bottle handle.
