I will not be back. Bad customer service along with horrible chicken livers. They taste burnt but are pink in the center like they should be. Bad experience at the window with the manager. Very rude for no reason. Waste of money. Very disappointed

I've always loved KFC, but here lately the meal at KFC is amazingly delicious...I ordered 2 chicken legs a biscuit, my husband ordered their Famous Bowl. The man who took our order was a hoot...tries to come across as a crochety older man, but he had one hell of a personality and we have now gone there every Friday for our lunch date. Even being understaffed like all the rest of fast food places, they continue to put out a decent meal with great people behind the scenes...good to see

Went back for replacement order and Katie did not honor my receipt. Manger that I spoke concerning my order didn't write it in the book.. however I called back and my replacement was granted all but the drinks....they don't replace drinks!!! Root beer taste like pure sugar no carbonation at all. Try calibrating your machine.
