My mother JUST left there after having to have blood work done and urine culture, taken into room #2, (Grandview Plaza ACL) the girl that drew her blood was VERY rude and NO personality whatsoever!! Let me tell you my mom is elderly and if I would have heard her talking to my mother as rude as she was, I would have went to jail!! You don’t like your job then find a new damn career path other than working with the general public!!! So in room #2 at 1:00pm on 3/30/22, whatever your name is that drew Brenda M’s blood, GET A NEW CAREER cause you are NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!!! Miserable witch!! These patients are WHY you even have a job!!!!! You are lucky I wasn’t back there with her cause you would have been told about yourself REAL quick!!!

I had a very short time to drop of my stool samples because I had my procedure the following day. My wife had to give it to them because I was working all day and they said I had to be there for them to accept it. They told me to come back Sunday because they were open and when I did they lied and were closed. I now am in a terrible situation because of them. Terrible! Next time don’t lie to your customers!
