Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Sat in line and waited 20 minutes just to order. After ordering and finally getting to window, I was told "We don't have any regular chicken strips so we had to give you spicy. Our regular are all frozen". Then got home to discover they kept my biscuits from my family meal. What kind of chicken place doesn't bother to cook chicken strips and just lets them sit frozen. Had I known that when I ordered, I would have somewhere else. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

This is a great place to go eat. The employees are extremely friendly and nice. Very professional and quick. The food is fresh and VERY good. Definitely a place to eat. Try the apple pies, they are the best.

These poor employees in here need some direction and training. We watched for a half hour after we placed a simple order of 2 basic combos... Nobody seemed to know what to do. Was a Sunday at lunch hour so it was busy but seriously y'all, fast food is all about efficiency and this place has none.

Food was good, but new facility was in disarray. It looked like the inside was sprayed down with a water hose and never mopped up. The wettest floors I've ever seen. Washed my hands when I arrived and the bathroom pictures speak for themselves. It was still like that after I ordered, ate my food and took a final look. At least an employee warned me as I entered the restaurant that the floors were slippery. Try using a mop! There was something sprayed and stuck all over the chairs and walls and the sink was filthy. Great potential if they learn how to remove excess water. I love my Popeyes, but those floors were dangerous.
