First time visitor here. I accompanied my son. I was impressed with the choice of high quality cool clothing. I will definitely be back. If you haven't been there you really should check it out. Mens and women's shoes, pants, jeans, shirts, coats etc, of high quality

I tend to bring HUGE containers to this location and it astonishes me that none of the associates helps the customers as they see them struggling to carry in the merchandise if they’re not busy. I brought this issue up to the retail associate Claudia today after I struggled to bring my stuff in while she stood behind the counter, she had had nothing to say-not even an apology. After this drop off I think I’ll try another location. Hopefully they’re not all this RUDE. Definitely not worth the money for the poor customer service experience.

Trying to sell your clothes? Don’t bring them here, they will take a whole 6 minutes from the time you drop off til when your “buy” is complete. Both bags completely untouched. Go to the Canton location, they actually look at your clothes.

Questions & Answers

Honestly, if you are an African American and you shop here they well let you buy whatever you want, but if your trying to get rid of clothes they will try to low ball you or they will have you wait just to tell you No. i stop shopping here !!!

I honestly don't think they are picking & choosing who they buy from. I go here once in a while to sell items & they low-ball me every time.

How do you price clothing that people try to sale to you

Usually 1/3 - 1/2 retail price and seller gets about 1/3 of the asking price.

No, we do not buy baby or infant clothing. There is a store in Canton called Once Upon a Child on Dressler Avenue that buys sizes infant up through YOUTH 16. They are from the same franchisor as Plato's Closet, so they operate in the same manner. I hope you find this helpful.

Thanks for asking. We would have to see the items to determine if they are items that we are interested in purchasing and to see the condition of the items. I'm sorry, we can't give estimates/offers without seeing the items in person. We buy all hours that we are open, currently 2 - 8p M-F, Sat 10 -9p, Sun 12 - 6p.
