I visited this store based on reading reviews and really wanting a trained person to help size my feet and get me into a great walk/jog pair of shoes that also prevents my plantar fasciitis from acting up in my foot. Employees were great and knowledgeable. Sized my foot and asked me questions etc. He had several shoes in mind and then he said sit back and he’ll do all the work. It was nice having someone actually put the shoe on for you. Seems like everything is self serve and not a lot of customer service. But at The Run Shoppe you get personal service. We tried a couple pairs and landed on Hoka brand. Love them! Perfect for my foot problem w the right support and cushioning to keep my heel from getting painful. Friendly, experts and excellent overall! Highly recommend if you are looking for top brand name high quality running, jogging and walking sneakers!

Bought a shoe on sale which I didn’t even know was on sale at the time. Came back the next day to see if I could go up half a size because after putting them on at home I felt they were too tight. Employees were being argumentative and could for someone reason not defuse the issue. You would expect a small business to at least provide some sort of customer service on something so simple. Will definitely not return or recommend. Now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that are too tight.
