Took my mom and kids there.. the only worker there told us that we were supposed to come in the morning… this was at 1 pm and the place closed at three. He said he was busy. We paid to get in then saw him following us around the park “hiding” behind various trees or bushes. He was the only worker there and we were the only customers… needless to say we left within 10 minutes of being there. My family has been before and did not have any problems, but I guess the guy was having a bad day. It was completely unacceptable for him having the attitude that he did. If we had gotten there closer to closing then I could understand frustration, but this was on a week day and we had gotten there in more than enough time before closing. This place could be great, they just need to get rid of the people who are ruining it. I’m sorry to post a negative review because I am not that person, but this was insane.

Here in Delaware this is probably the best zoo you’ll find, it’s farm land not a city zoo but again it’s has more animals than some of the competitors north or south… and priced right, you want to spend a hour or two this is the place…. Lots of parking and you can feed the animals… the best in Delaware……
