I wanted to order a cheese dip, and wanted to make sure that the small salsas that comes on the side was spicy. The man on the phone, who I am assuming was the manager, then charged me for a whole side order of chips and salsa. And it wasn’t even spicy. Not what I asked. I got the spicy small pack that of course is included in the cheese dip order already. Two small ones, which was all I wanted to make sure came with the cheese dip. So he charged me $8 for something that I did not order. I didn’t ask for large salsa I wanted the ones that were included already to be spicy. And my bfs chalupa was broken and impossible for him to eat. Won’t be ordering again.

EDIT: THE FOOD MADE MY HUSBAND AND I SICK. thank you diego for your quick and minimizing response. please continue to strum the violin of covid lockdowns instead of not serving off food with lots of salt...or hiring new chefs...or better food distributors. im sure it will all work out. *** the fall off the cliff is complete with this place. we gave it every chance to be better. termite poop on the window sills, scarce chip refills, not using patron and charging for patron, overly salty rice...sickeningly salty...not dietary restricted salty. we are in florida after all. i had to specify i am not prehistoric. under salted carne asada. terribly slowww service. i really need to find an authentic, clean new place.
