Food is overpriced, needs a remodel, and they have no salad, or salad bar. The service is good, friendly, polite, and fairly quick.

This is the third time I’ve had an issue with this location. First two being they made the wrong size and had to remake the pizzas. Tonight they not only FORGOT to make the pizza, but they made it incorrectly and half of it is just bread. I can’t count the number of times I go in there and see employees on their phones. If I had the option of another pizza place nearby, I’d go there. I could buy frozen pizza at the grocery but like many people, enjoy a fresh made pizza. I understand mistakes happen to all of us, but at this rate, it’s just one after the other. Enough to make me just drive to Glasgow for something better.

The service has improved & the pizzas we have purchased have been exceptionally good for quite some time. We really enjoy frequenting the Edmonton store & appreciate the curbside pick up too.
