I had an appointment for 10:30am to have my tires balanced, asked how long would it take, they said about 2 hours... 3 hours later, around 2pm I had not heard from them, so I called to ask for a status update.. they said their technician was getting ready to do my car and that it would be another hour or so... I told them not to bother I'm coming to pick my vehicle.. My car was exactly where I left it parked.. they wasted 3-4 hours of my time, and didn't care.. never again.

I’ve been using Centerville location since last 3 years. On 4/2022, I took my Honda Odyssey for oil change and tire rotation. Fast forward to October, when I tried to install new tires, we realized that they lost my wheel lock. After 3 trips and multiple phone calls, they located it in their stash. The new breaks they installed makes noise when I release them. Now I took yo a different place for oil change, they couldn’t open the drain plug because they ruined the threads and tightened very hard. Now I am wasting another full day waiting for them yo address the problem. DISAPPOINTED and will not go back.

This shop was awesome. Brought my car in for a damaged tire around noon. Didn't have the tire in stock, and they made no commitment to have it in that day, but received a call about 4:30 pm that the tire was replaced and my car was ready to be picked up.

Waited 2 hours for wheel balancing and inspection after appointment was made. Bad service all around. Avoid this place, no manager on site horrible experience. Got inspection and I left!
