I rarely leave reviews for businesses but I felt compelled to do so in this instance. I have never had such a great experience purchasing salvage parts in my life. It’s almost always a pain in the balls. That was not the case with eagle auto parts. While my gripe was that I was NOT able to find my specific part using the search system on the website I was rather promptly responded to via email and told the item was in fact in stock and a price. I prefer to do everything online and was told I needed to call in in order to complete my purchase which being that I work on the phones takes time away from my work and needed the process to be nice and quick. That call took me less than 5 minutes. Mike was very professional and the pricing was super reasonable. He told me it would be $15 for shipping and I thought to myself (man that’s kind of pricey but the part is cheap enough that it still makes sense) I went ahead with the purchase and to my delight it was delivered the next day on a Saturday! I installed the part and it worked perfectly. I reached back out to them to find out if they had another part and while they did not have the part THEY SENT ME THE INFORMATION OF A COMPETITOR WHO HAD THE PART IN STOCK. This is absolutely a company that does proper business and will get you what you need even if it means sending you to a competitor. Eagle auto will now be my first search before I check any other salvage yard for parts even though they’re over 400 miles away from me.

Drove 3 hours round trip and they had the wrong parts. Seemed they already had it off and looked seen it. Make sure you have them actually look before you go because whoever catalogs isn't doing a good job.

As of July 12, 2018 scrap metal (shredder) is going for $6.00 per hundred pounds.
A complete car is $7.25 per 100lbs. A car with motor is $6.50 per 100 lbs. You get a $1.00 more per 100 lbs if the tank is prepped which means that there is 12 holes in the bottom of the gas tank and it is empty. These are the rates as of 4/10/2018.

Depends on what TYPE of aluminum. They're owned by Conservit now and pay the same rates. You can find those rates on Conservit's website. Example: 1lb of aluminum cans is currently 45 cents.
