No complaints. The "no complaints" review has definitely changed in the last year. I'm at zaxbys now and have been waiting 17 minutes so far for food and there is only one person infront of me and one person behind me. Finally get food and my chicken sandwich is cold. The only reason we are here is because we had a complimentary card cause of horrible customer service last time. We definitely won't be back
