Update: I received a call from the company explaining the situation. Apparently, it was the "perfect storm" of bad things happening that day. They were very apologetic and I believe sincere. I appreciated the honesty. I know things happen and I won't hold it against them. So for this update, I am removing the detailed description of what happened. Suffice to say, I didn't get picked up at the airport even though I had a reservation. They seem like good people and I will use them again.

Thank you so very much for being accommodating to our need of a ride within 24 hrs notice and for getting my daughter to her destination safely! Due to weather conditions, our flight kept getting delayed but that was not a problem for EZ airport shuttle service! As soon as my daughter landed, after 2 delays, her driver was right there waiting with a sign. Excellent service!

Yes we do...We track your flight..Early,on-time, or no matter how late we are there and reach out to you with driver contact information so once you have your luggage you are on your way. A direct transfer to your destination.
It depends on your destination. They are super friendly and helpful. Give them a call. I'm sure you'll go with them. Their rates are compatible if not better than anyone else in the area plus they really work with you.

Rides are pre-arranged. Make your reservation in advance and we will pick you up anytime 24/7. For next day pick up, reservations must be booked before 6 pm by phone or at minimum of 18 hours prior online. Operators are standing by 6 am until 12 midnight every day. Last minute calls or a late night call for an early morning pick up,we will do our best to help, however it is subject to availability at that time. But do give us a try because most times we can.
