Ralph. The manager is extremely disrespectful.he’s just Horrable to me.. Does not have very much professionalism how he’s the manager I’ll never know.. I even asked for the DM to file a complaint, and he refused to give me the information. Avoid this store. .The DM needs to take a closer look at the store, and to Ralph specifically… I would also like to add adjusting, went out of his way to try to help me I was in tears, Ralph put the brakes on him, trying to help me, so needless to say, I receive no resolution. I even asked to contact the DM or the owner and was refused by Ralph.. I would also like to add I have been a customer of Verizon for 3 1/2 years. I will now be leaving Verizon altogether because of Ralph.& this experience.

Mixed service and current Verizon offerings. Initially the person we spoke with when looking for a new phone, behaved like a used car salesman and was squirlly about direct answers to direct questions. I ended up not getting a phone but my boyfriend did. Later, when the incorrect instructions for transferring data had the phone giving use dos prompts "reboot system now", we took it back to the store to get help and the man that sold it to us, stayed past closing and helped transfere all the data... while I am happy to have gotten the issue worked out, I have lost a bit of confidence in Verizons products (new phones have no memory cards, you must subscribe to cloud account and pay for it) and procedures (you must pay store people to transfer your old phone info to new phone)... and am not sure if the staff knew about the issues, or the store just found another way to grind more money out of every customer.

Call Verizon Tec. Services, they will tell youhow.
They had a kiosk for instore payments, however they are only allowing 2 customers in the store at a time now. Therefore it may be a problem.
