Melissa is fantastic and very professional. She's been doing this for 30 years. This was my first time ever having my testicles and perineum waxed. I will not lie, it was painful. My pubic hair was very long and it was the reason for the pain Melissa said, and I believe her. She said it wouldn't be so painful if you wax ever four to six weeks. It's best that you book on line and check the boxes that you want done. It's been 5 days now and I'm still smooth as a babies bottom. Thank you Melissa!!

Bad experience. Melissa never answers the phone. I called multiple times to schedule an appointment for the same day with no luck, so I went online and booked for the next day (you cannot do same day online.) I left work early and rushed down to Seattle, I missed the exit and sat in awful traffic. Not to mention the place is INCREDIBLY hard to locate. Its far off the street and there is only street parking. I walked up and down the road for 5 minutes. I tried to call 3 times and no luck (you can't leave a message either, the machine cuts you off after 2 seconds.) I arrived 6 minutes late. I waited for 10 minutes when another customer came in AFTER ME and was waiting too. We waited another 10 minutes. Melissa came out (after all we could hear was nothing but socializing and laughing) from the back room and asked if I was the 5:30. I said yes and started heading back. She stopped me and said the woman who CAME IN AFTER ME gets to go first and I can wait.. She told us she is "way behind because of an incident with another client" She also stated that that woman had been waiting longer than me which was not true. I declined and left. This was a GIANT waste of time and I needed this brow wax for my bridal shower, which I will not have time to get now. I desperately wish I made an appointment ANYWHERE else. She is unprofessional. I understand I was late but I was having brows and upper lip done, she could have offered just to do one service to account for the 6 minutes. Skip this place and go somewhere respectful of your time.

I first hear about Melissa years ago when she was featured in a magazine as the "fastest brazilian" waxer in Seattle! My first wax job elsewhere had been painstakingly slow and really hurt steering me away from wax. I tried sugaring for a while with mixed results, depending on the person doing it. After reading the article I decided to give Melissa try and I havent been to anyone else since. She's absolutely the best with well honed skills and years of experience. She's really down to earth and friendly too which helps keep your mind off whats happening! Excellent service for a great price!
