Love this place and it's like my spirit animal but for a store. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming.

The worse customer service. I feel awful I put my husband through that. I am on maternity leave. I ordered a decorative ladder online. I asked my husband to pick it up. Kristin was very rude and aggressive when he went to pick it up. She wanted him to leave with the wrong item first, and then with a broken one. I ordered a light off-white ladder, she gave him a brown one. He called me to confirm the color. She keep saying it was the same item number... Then, when he gets off-white, a leg was broken. She kept saying it was R-U-S-T-I-C. How will a ladder stand with a broken leg? He finally gets me the right item. We guessed everyone has a bad day and prayed for her. After a few days, I decided it wasn’t the right fit for our space. I asked him to return the ladder. Poor guy. He goes to customer service and there it is Kristin. He didn’t remember her and asked her to return the ladder. She replied - “After all that crap”
