ok so i been here only 1 time and this is as a delivery driver to pick up some food. when i walked in it was packed elbow to elbow so its obviously a real good place to hang and eat people having a good time , they didnt know the order was placed until i got there and they told me if was gonna be a 15 min wait, obviously unacceptable . that's where my low rating comes from.

When I review places like bar, I try to disclaim what style of establishment it is. A good 5 star dive bar and a high end posh 5* rooftop bar are clearly different categories. Country Corner is difficult to put your finger on. At first appearance, the corner is a dive bar at face value. Showing wear and years of business as well as alow budget feel, especially the bathroom. However, the corner has fresh micro brews on tap, not just a few, alot. There is an elevated bar menu, which isn't gastropub, but also isn't a menu reminiscent of a bar with 1 fryer and a toaster in the back. Priced in the range of places a little higher end for food and drinks, it makes you feel this could be a lot fancier than what it is. Is it a dive bar with great stuff, or a swanky place in dire need of a makeover? I've rated it 4* as a dive bar with great stuff. A nice place to have a few drinks at with tables and a bar (no wait staff). Staff is friendly. Beer lines are discernably clean. There are 2 dart boards and a small stage for bands and events. Atmosphere was fair for my visit (approx 60F outside).
