Not a super great experience. For $20 meal the food should be fresh and the service immecable. They had dried out mac and cheese from sitting under the heat lamp. When I asked if they had anything fresh the staff member took it to the back and said to the other staff person "we got what we got" the whole interaction was very unprofessional. The staff don't really seem to care as he greeted me with a mouth full of food. I've been to multiple Nuvegan locations and I personally wouldn't return to this one. 3 stars because it's vegan food
