If your TV is not working, we can certainly recommend a local repair center. If the screen is physically broken, this unfortunately is not something that would be fixed as replacing a broken LED panel is always more expensive than buying a new TV. Do you know what the model number of your TV is so that we can see what type of TV it is? Please call us at 301-881-1199 so that we can try to help you. Most likely this will require a service tech to come out and open the TV to get to the bug. Depending on the type of TV, there's small possibility you could do it yourself.
