Myself wife and our daughter came down from south carolina. We had family that was being taken to the hospital there. The 2 ladys that was working treated us very kindly and made us feel right at home. The place was absolutely beautiful clean and had everything we needed. What a great experience.

Where do I even start. This place is not worth the price you pay. At all. 6 persons stay is $275 for 2 beds and a sofa bed. You don't even get free breakfast with your stay either. When we walked into the room it had a smell to start. The room was not stocked and we had to use our own toilet paper and soaps. Not only does the room not look appealing, but there is something on the ceiling as well. The lighting in our room was horrible and all the lights hum. The sofa is so used that you can feel every spring. The fact you don't have to pay to enter the gym and pool is surprising to me. You'd think this greedy company would try to milk as much out of you as possible. Horrible experience. And I was expecting good things from this hotel considering our Hilton experience in the past. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay as well as my families stay. At least the staff was friendly.

This facility was Horrible. Had to wait 10 minutes for rep at desk to return from a "break" to check us in. The room did not feel or smell clean, the coffee pot did not work, the fan in the bathroom was very loud, there was a very big spot on the carpet just outside our room, the web reservation system did not explain that an HONORS MEMBER booking with points and cash does NOT include the free breakfast or free fast internet. So much for being an HONORS REWARDS MEMBER. Guess this program is not meant for ordinary, average traveling people. I will NEVER stay at This location again and will think twice before booking at any Hilton Garden Inn anywhere again.

One of the typical Hilton properties. Both the room and the general facility were clean and not dated in appearance. The kids enjoyed swimming in the combo indoor/outdoor pool. Bar area is nice to unwind later at night.
