Jane is great at sharing her passion and experience with her students. A wonderful place for anyone wanting to learn something new.

For the ladies, Great place. Made my gf feel welcomed. Everyone was super positive and beginners were accommodated well. Would recommend to any woman who is interested. The things they did looked very approachable yet impressive. I was proud of my gf and she felt accomplished on just her first day. Personally, I think if you give them a try you won't regret it. For the fellas, Professional instruction at an affordable price. Send that lady in your life or join yourself if that's what you do. I was allowed to watch but, the gym stuff is off limits because it belongs to a different business.

The coaches are so nice! They are inspiring, and help you no matter what level you are on!!!

The staff here is knowledgeable but the facility is but great. There is no climate control which makes the plane very uncomfortable. They no longer offer trapeze. The teaching style here is very disciplined where students do independent warm up and cool down conditioning. During the teaching part off class, instructors gives a move to try and each student gets one attempt and returns to sit on a mat until the next move. This is very different from the collaborative save choreography focused learning of most PA-based aerial arts studios. Also the difference in class levels between their 2 level 1 instructors is quite substantial. When I attended they typically offered 3 level 1 classes a week but for over month there was only one class available a week. This was challenging to make with with my schedule as a working mom. The gym is ok,but the teaching style just wasn't for me.

Hi Abby! Thank you for your interest in our aerial program. We do not have competitions at this time. We have an aerial showcase in the spring. We are having our first ever holiday showcase this December. Do you have aerial experience?
