When the hard drive of the laptop I'd been using at home to work since the pandemic began died, an silent panic crept in. I searched for a local repair business as I don't trust big box store repair companies (no offense to anyone who works for them). Jerry assisted me and said I could bring in my laptop the same day. He's professional, friendly, and true to his word. He even gave me a deal on my hard drive replacement when his original deadline was missed to due a delayed delivery of parts. Though he couldn't recover my data, he recommended me to a local specialist who successfully recovered everything. Thank you, Jerry!

This place is terrific! I walked in with an older laptop that wouldn't start. Jerry was extremely personable as soon as I walked through the door. Instead of just taking my computer and looking at it later, Jerry took the time right then and there to diagnose (and fix!!!) my problem. I couldn't believe it. Took about 25 mins. and cost $25. Would definitely recommend. I'm sure that I'll go back.
