Can't beat this one!! The servers were taking a break or bathroom or who knows but I went at a slow time and the cook she asked what she could start making for me and was awesome she stepped up beyond her duties as cooking. They are all so friendly and the price ya can't beat for a quick breakfast any time of day or night! I wish I caught her name the cook lady but thanks for great service and helping out your servers when they need a break.. hopefully they pay it forward!! Give her a raise haha

Awful waffle ain't what it used to be, but the employees are still salt of the earth, down home folks! One star for the corporation, five stars for the employees, so I'll give it an average of three! Thank you Michaela and Ms. Chef, whose name I did not get, and the other guy too who got me my waffle 👍👍

Update: The absolute best food and service. The blonde haired chef is exceptional. Each server is amazing. Now, regarding another matter. Avoid the Lenoir City store like the black plague. The chef must have been a methamphetamine addict, as his poor teeth are rotting away. And he snorts constantly, thus causing acute nausea. I'll never return to that location. ----------------------------- Laura, the chef, is the absolute best. I gain 10 pounds when I see her amazing food ! And Leta is an amazing server. She knows what a guest needs before they ask. To the store manager, thank you for hiring the best employees.

We've never had issues with food. Just staff. The best example is the staff were arguing from the moment we walked in to place a to go order. The chef then argued with the wait staff and refused to cook our eggs the way we asked, over medium, and then kept saying very loudly who would order eggs that way. The waitress cooking the eggs said "that woman there". She was being nice and taking charge. My question is why let this chump stay as a chef. If you won't cook, and make others do your work, you should be fired.
