It was a great place to vacation. Went there with my wife and her daughters family. There's a big sign saying to lock your food up at night and pets because it's bear country. There is a river near by and alot of natural beauty to this campsite. No electricity or anything so bring water and flashlights. Something walked around our campsite the last night we were there so we all were a little bit on alert that morning. It was a great time.

No camp host meant no fire wood. We were able to find some around but it was all very wet. Otherwise the sites are nice and pretty private. The river did not seem good for kids to play in. The pit toilets could use more cleaning and the water was brown so we were glad to have brought water. There was a nice nature trail to a little lake.

Wonderful campground! Super nice, clean, secluded. Would definitely come back. Only thing is one night we got 3 random knocks on our camper door at 4 am. Not sure who or what it was but one should always keep their guard up when in the wilderness!

Yes, you're good to go!
It is a gravel road but only one spot at the beginning was a little bad.
I think it's 12 bucks a night and a money drop box right at the beginning of the campground.
1 without paying extra. You can fit more vehicles and the cost is 8$ per extra vehicles.
Not at the campground I believe, 1st time staying here, but alot of spots off to the side's of the road that are free, alot looked pretty cool
I believe open. There's also great free dispersed camping a quarter of a mile from the camp off the same road. It's just as good. No bathrooms but nature is a bathroom I guess.
We were there a few weeks ago.Not that I know of.
Yes
Do you mean on the roads that lead to the campground? If you're talking about the road that leads in, you do not, as far as I can recall. I remember that, you need to get there before everyone else. Those spots, fill up rather quickly.
Go to recreation.gov and it will tell you whether or not it will be open and sites will be able for reservation
Very clean. Kind of smelly but that's to be expected in an outhouse type bathroom
I didn't see any rats there, but it is a forest. You should expect wildlife.
The new concessionaire Mount baker-snoqualmie Recreation plans on opening the gates between noon and 2:00pm on Friday at Tinkham campground as well as Denny Creek and middle fork campgrounds! Troublesome Creek off hwy 2 near Stevens pass will remain closed till middle June!
Yes..16$ all sites are non power .pit toilets and no showers
They are not all first come first serve..you can reserve on line . We did last week..and they have good spots..and a great Hike to twin falls down the freeway about 4miles..
