Do you like shopping for stuff that is almost what you were looking for? The General is the place to be. Don't worry there is one within a half mile of your current location and to keep things interesting, each DG is laid out differently to ensure you get your steps in when searching for the last minute school project items.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life by employees and managers EVER. It's a shame that you find something on sale and they tell you that you can only have one. Never in my life have I been turned down to purchase anything. I will never step foot back those doors. The owners need do something with their employees or make sure the sign at the door says only one sale item per day. They definitely have never had a problem taking my money for anything else.

The staff is friendly, convenient location, good selection of items, especially for the size. I have been pleasantly surprised several times when they have had things I am looking for including real bacon bits, maraschino cherries, different medications and more. I also love their clearance items!
